Farther up, and testament to the library's goals as a lofty space, is the periodicals room, a second-floor corner with expansive windows overlooking Madison— cozy up here with a coffee from the on-site café and a good read then head to the third floor addition's art gallery, meeting room and outdoor patio which tempts quiet pondering of the cityscape below.
