The acquisition includes 755,300 square feet of production and growing facilities, and 1,169 acres of owned and leased land in California's San Joaquin Valley. Roll Global customers can now access more than 100 varieties of scions and 26 varieties of rootstock combinations. WineDirect Acquires Elypsis Napa, Calif., direct sales technology and fulfillment services provider WineDirect has acquired Elypsis Winery from Admiral IT. Elypsis offers a range of services including enterprise resource planning, POS and customer relationship management.
