PEOPLE Cal-Western Names Khachigian-Ritchie VP/GM Ray Chadwick Forms Wine Consultancy Wine industry executive Ray Chadwick has formed Chadwick Wine Consulting in Napa, Calif., to help wineries, executives and investors succeed in the wine business. The company offers a wide range of services including expertise regarding the purchase and/or sale of a winery or vineyard, strategic planning, creating a route for products to come to market, and cultivating financial sustainability. Carson Wright Named Saxco Manager Carson E. Wright has been appointed sales account manager for wine, northwest region, for Oakland, Calif.based Saxco International LLC, a distributor of glass bottles. He is responsible for the day-to-day sales functions and new account development with wineries, primarily in Oregon and Washington state.
