Executive Director's Report: In 2013, The Board of Directors has continued to listen to the members. I, along with those individual board members, welcome your input, suggestions and feedback regarding MSAE's member support and benefits. MSAE has added or enhanced many of the programs and benefits which are contained within this publication. In addition to these, MSAE has continued to offer the Listserve benefit to executive members as a forum to share ideas and experience with particular challenges. The CEO Ideas Exchange was also introduced in 2013 to give top- level CEOs of larger associations an opportunity to share similar matters, successful solutions and creative approaches to the success of their associations by meeting quarterly in an informal breakfast setting. As President Shari Veazey, mentioned in her message, MSAE is continuing to give back to the communities within Mississippi by supporting projects and charities. We receive good feedback from those who have been able to donate their time, financial support and other donations to the following organization: Tunica Humane Shelter, Mississippi Blood Services, Walk for the Cure with American Cancer Society, Salvation Army Holiday toy drive and this year's blanket donation drive. MSAE finance committee has approved revision and development of Document Retention, Reimbursement, Funds Management and general operating policies affecting MSAE's financial integrity and reporting.
