The EPA Tier 4 Final machines use Caterpillar's aftertreatment solution and Selective Catalytic Reduction using Diesel Exhaust Fluid that can be fi lled from ground level when the machine is fueled. The graders have a standard economy (ECO) mode that reduces engine speed for fuel effi ciency and deliver a fuel savings of up to 10 percent compared to previous models.
