HISTORIC FRENCH QUARTER The oldest neighborhood in the city, the French Quarter offers more than 100 square blocks of shopping, entertainment and ornate architecture – as well as vibrant nightlife. Have a beignet and café au lait at Café du Monde, take a ride in a mule-drawn carriage and visit the French Market for souvenirs. The CRESCENT CITY IS WAITING HOTELS & TRAVEL New Orleans is a popular travel destination, renowned for its cuisine, music and nightlife. Plus, its central United States location makes travel convenient from both coasts. It's a winning combination that makes your Show experience unforgettable. GARDEN DISTRICT The Garden District is known for its well-preserved antebellum mansions and pristine gardens, which have been featured in many movies. You'll find shopping, cafes and Lafayette Cemetery #1 here, as well as Commander's Palace Restaurant (operated since 1880). When The Rental Show was in New Orleans in 2012, the response was extremely positive – and the city just keeps getting better. Major renovations have been made to the convention center and several Show hotels, plus the new upscale Outlet Collection at Riverwalk just opened in May 2014. Here are a few of the must-see highlights. Find more about the city on the New Orleans page at TheRentalShow.com. 40
