I am already registered. How do I receive my badge and event tickets for The Rental Show ? ARA does not send out badges in advance. To pick up your badges, go to the "Already Registered" counter on site at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center with one of the following: 1. The confirmation you received after registering for The Rental Show. Misplaced the confirmation? Visit the Registration page at TheRentalShow.com to reprint your confirmation. 2. The express badge confirmation received via email or fax approximately two weeks prior to the Show. 3. The Express Barcode from The Rental Show mobile app. Badges and tickets can be picked up on site at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Lobby H. Registration hours are: Friday, Feb. 20: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb 25: 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. NOTE: The morning the trade show opens (Monday, Feb. 23) tends to be the busiest day for on-site registration. It is suggested that you register or pick up your badge prior to that morning, if possible. Photo identification may be requested for the pick up or reprint of badges. What will ARA use my email address for? ARA will use your email address to send a registration confirmation and important Show information. It also may be provided to Show exhibitors. Will I be able to check luggage or coats? Coat and luggage check will be available at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. How do I make changes to my registration? Changes must be received in writing by Feb. 16, 2015. Send changes by email to registration@therentalshow.com; fax to 309-277-4208; or update online in the Registration section at TheRentalShow.com. How do I cancel my registration? For a full refund, the cancellation must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on Feb. 16, 2015. Refunds will not be given after Feb. 16. Substitutions/ name changes can be requested at any time. How much does registration cost? The Rental Show offers the following registration options: Rental Business – Full Registration Includes: • Seminars • Keynote session • Exhibits Internet Special Registration Attendees from ARA member rental businesses* can register via the Internet for the special full registration price of $119. To receive this special, registrations must be completed online on or before Oct. 31. * Subject to verification by ARA. Discount: $175 (ARA rental store members) $300 (prospective rental store members) Advance: $250 (ARA rental store members) $350 (prospective rental store members) On Site: $275 (ARA rental store members) $375 (prospective rental store members) Exhibit Floor Only Registration Rental Business – Exhibit Floor Only Rental business attendees who wish to visit the trade show floor, Feb. 23–25, may register for $60 per person (ARA rental store members) or $120 per person (prospective rental store members) on or before Feb. 16, 2015. On-site registration is available after Feb. 16 for $90 per person (ARA rental store members) or $150 per person (prospective rental store members). The Rental Show seminars, keynote session and other Show events are not included. You need a full registration to attend these and a ticket for the keynote session and events. All registrations are subject to change upon verification by ARA. I completed my registration. Have you received it? Registration processing takes one to two business days. You will receive a confirmation of receipt once your registration is processed. Your registration is not valid until you have received a confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation after two business days, contact ARA via email at registration@therentalshow.com or go to the Register section on the Show website at TheRentalShow.com and click on "Edit registration" to see your registration status. 55
