Members enrolled in a parish sponsored/run preschool program should enter for the 3UHVFKRRO(GXFDWLRQ*UDQW. Members enrolled in kindergarten through eighth grade should enter the program for a &DWKROLF*UDGH6FKRRO*UDQW. Members in the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades may apply for a &DWKROLF+LJK6FKRRO*UDQW. Funds are made payable directly to the recipient's Catholic school. For a 5HOLJLRXV(GXFDWLRQ3URJUDP*UDQW, members K-12 must be enrolled in a parish sponsored religious education program. Funds will be payable directly to the parish. Deadline: April 15 postmarked Only one entry per member will be accepted! Students may re-apply for each year of school. Need more than one entry form? Photo copies are acceptable. Results will be announced in June 2015.
