Committee meetings start at 1:00 p.m. and go until 3:00 p.m. All committee meetings are open so any- one can sit in during the discussion. The open board meeting starts at 3:30 p.m. with a special guest speaker. The Recep- tion will be held at the Inn By The Bay at 5:30 p.m., immediately following a mo- tor coach will greet the attendees at the front of the hotel to take them to a clam bake at DiMillos floating restaurant. The bus will be available after dinner to take attendees back to the hotel. Thursday, June 25 is the networking fun day. There will be golf, a motorcycle ride (put together by Propane Angels), area activities, a gala reception and din- ner at the hotel honoring several PGANE members. If what has been scheduled for the day does not fit your needs please go to the website to see what other ac- tivities are offered in the area. In the summer in Portland there are endless activities that could be on/in the water, riding around viewing the historic town, shopping (lots of it) or simply relaxing at a spa. If you bring your children there are plenty of kid friendly activities in the area from children museums, beaches, tours of the city and a water park only a couple towns away. For those who want to golf there will be a shotgun start tournament at the 18-hole championship golf course Fal- mouth Country Club. A motor coach will be waiting outside the hotel at 7:00 a.m. to bring you to the country club. The golfers will get a continental break- fast before teeing off at 8:30 a.m. Lunch and awards after the tournament and the bus will bring you back to the ho- tel. The cost to golf with everything in- cluded (except alcoholic beverages) will be $150 per person. Make sure to bring cash for mulligans and adult beverages. Area activities that are scheduled in- clude a Schooner Tour, Portland Foodie Tour and a Trolley Tour. The Schooner Tour will ship off at 10:00 a.m. for $42 per person. The Portland Foodie Tour which is a 2 hour walking tour starts at 2:30 p.m. for $53 per person. The Trol- ley Tour starts at 1:00 pm for $24 per person.
