National President Peggy Schmitt and National Treasurer Lisa Bickus attended the American Fraternal Alliance annual meeting in September. It provided a wealth of information on topics including educating our members, marketing, and preparing future leaders! The keynote speakers, as well as many of the workshop presenters, focused on the impact of generational change in the marketplace. They shared insights about how we can position our Society so that when Catholic families have a need, they select NCSF. One of the most enjoyable workshops focused on "gamification" — using interactive games as a great way to entertain and teach.
