Handy's new Big Utility Lift (B.U.L.) boasts a small footprint, but big
capacity. The beef of the Handy lineup, the B.U.L. can handle a
2,500-pound capacity and offers the option of loading from either end,
making it ideal for servicing utility vehicles (UTVs).
"When we brought the lift to members of the industry for field testing,
the most common response was that they were impressed with the
amount of stability in a small footprint," said designer Brad Rozendaal.
Dual detent bars work to ensure excellent stability while 4 adjustable
support bars with anti-skid rubber pads provide peace of mind for lifting
wide loads. The B.U.L. rises to a maximum working height of 39 inches
and has 4 stopping points, so you pick the height that's best for your job.
Storage is a breeze with this compact unit, with a minimum height of 9.5
inches and weight of 500 pounds.
A sliding oil pan is mounted under the lift top, which boasts a 27-inch-
wide working surface. The framework is textured black powder coating
for added durability, so the B.U.L. looks good conquering every job. To
preserve finished shop floors, the B.U.L. features 4 phenolic wheels with
serviceable roller bearings. No air cylinder maintenance is necessary
with the B.U.L., as it operates with an air bellows that requires zero
maintenance.

new warranty
BOB-CAT, a manufacturer of commercial-quality
turf mowers, introduced "Mow with Confidence" —
a new warranty with expanded coverage across its
entire product line — effective Sept. 1, 2015. Backed
by the BOB-CAT Promise, the improved warranties
