by Deanne Winslett Health Tips www.jobsfor teams.com JOBS for TEAMS | 14 Mark times on your water bottle to stay hydrated S taying hydrated can be more difficult than you may think, especially during the summer months. Loading and unloading in the summer sun can cause you to get dehydrated more quickly. To keep better tabs on your hydra- tion levels, section off times on a water bottle to make sure you're drinking water throughout the day. There are different time frames you can use depending on your personal preference, but to get you started try these two steps: Step One: Purchase a reusable water bottle. Wa- ter bottles measuring 32 ounces work well for this, but 24-ounce bottles can be used as well. Step Two: Using a permanent marker, write a schedule on the water bottle. For example, section off even amounts of time from 8 a.m. starting at the top of the bottle until you reach 9 p.m. at the bottom of the bottle. Each section will indicate how much water you plan to drink in a given time frame. After several washings your perma- nent marker schedule may begin to fade, so keep a permanent marker on hand to refresh it. This method helps you visualize your water intake and keep track of staying hydrated.>
