10 | Greater Green Bay 2017 Visitor Guide Explore The Mountain Bay Trail, once the route of the Chicago- Northwestern Rail, now stretches 38 miles and runs right through Pulaski. The trail connects at Pulaski Community Park. Unload your snowmobile or your ATV and hop right on the trail. Play In 1993, the Polka was named Wisconsin's state dance to celebrate its German heritage. So pack your dancing shoes for Pulaski Polka Days in July. The squeeze box rocks this four-day, family-friendly event. Come for a day or park your RV. Enjoy the parade, the food and a whole lot of "um pa pa". Must See As noted by the Guinness Book of World Records, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church was named the largest rural Catholic Cathedral in the United States at the time of its completion in 1931. With space nearing 17,000 square feet the church has clock and bell towers and amazing 1930s era stained glass windows.
