CCOF and Oregon Tilth Merge California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) of Santa Cruz, Calif., and Oregon Tilth of Corval- lis, Ore., have announced plans to merge. Combined, the CCOF Tilth organization will have a national membership of some 4,000 certi- fied farmers, ranchers, processors and retailers.
