CUSTOM RIGS READER RIGS Lime shaker Tom Riley of Chesapeake Bay, Md., drives this 2003 Peterbilt 379 equipped with a Caterpillar C12 and 10-speed transmission. Riley hauls agricultural lime for the Maryland Farm Bureau and others with an ���08 Maximizer. He owns and manages the eight-truck Riley Enterprises, which he started in 1989, and he���s kept his personal rig mostly stock. A family affair Wayne Byrd of Monticello, Miss., makes oil field and natural gas runs in his 2011 International Lonestar, usually in Texas and Oklahoma. Byrd���s business, Catfish Cruisers Inc., is leased to Kentucky-based TMT Inc. The truck sports a few engine mods and a custom paint job by Bictor���s Tint and Graphics of McComb, Miss. It���s powered by a 550-hp Cummins engine and 18-speed transmission. Workhorse Irvin Laslo of Alberta, Canada, used this 1976 Peterbilt 359 to haul grain and hay for Bruce Hannah Trucking. The rig is equipped with a 350-hp Cummins and 18-speed transmission, and since most of its life has been spent on farms, it hasn���t been exposed to much wear and tear.
