Caterpillar's TL1255C telehandler is the largest in the C Series range and boasts a lift
capacity of 12,000 pounds and a maximum lift height of
54.3 feet. The TL1255C features a high boom pivot and
side-mounted power module for improved visibility
and a time-saving simultaneously-extending telescopic boom. The telehandler is powered by a
Cat C4.4 ACERT engine that delivers 142
horsepower. The machine also features
the Cat power shift transmission with
four forward and three reverse gears.
The cab features a full-suspension seat

boom crowd and lift functions with
an adjustable, two-position button for
work tool tilt.
SUPER COMPACT
ADAPTIVE BEHAVIOR
Manitou's MHT 10180 and MHT 10225 telehandlers are designed to
handle heavy, bulky loads in mining, quarrying, heavy construction and
steel erection applications. The MHT 10180 features 39,683 pounds of lift
capacity and a maximum lift height of 31 feet, 10 inches. The MHT 10225
has a lift capacity of more than 49,604 pounds and a 31-foot, 10-inch lift
height. Both machines feature three steering modes and a hydrostatic
transmission that automatically adapts the speed of the machine to the
level of demand. The machines also feature an oscillating rear axle and
slope corrector and can easily be equipped with a variety of attachments.
JLG's G5-18A super compact telehandler features a
127-inch turning radius, enabling movement through
crowded jobsites and a stowed height of less than
76 inches, making it ideal for work in confined or
congested spaces as well as parking garages or any application with overhead height restrictions. Redesigned
in 2013, the G5-18A features a maximum lift height
up to 18 feet, an extended outreach of 11 feet, and a
5,500-pound maximum lifting capacity. Visibility was
enhanced and refinements were made to make the cab
more comfortable. The G5-18A is powered by a Tier 4
final Deutz engine and offers a variety of attachments.
