Product News Continued from page 28 c-Systems announces Ariens and Gravely automated warranty claims transmission c-Systems Software now features the addition of Ariens and Gravely warranty claims integration within the latest release of the Infinity business management system (BMS). This new feature is available for "free" to all Ariens and Gravely dealers that use c-Systems' Infinity BMS. The old manual method of submitting warranty claims for reimbursement is time consuming, cumbersome, and fraught with errors. Dealers are extremely busy, and warranty claims tend to be set aside, causing missed submission deadlines or claims that are completely misplaced and lost. Just the labor needed to manually process warranty claims for reimbursement is responsible for costing dealers many thousands of dollars each year. Infinity's new automated warranty claims transmission solves the dealer's dilemma because it eliminates the manual processing of warranty claims. Infinity submits warranty claims in "real time," thus providing accurate and efficient claims processing to the vendor. This drastically reduces labor costs associated with warranty claims entry, as well as speeds claim approval and payment of submitted claims to the dealer. With Infinity's new feature, the dealer needs to only click one button to submit the claim to the vendor. Infinity captures the warranty claim data from within the Infinity repair order, including all warranted parts, labor, and appropriate remarks as determined by the vendor's warranty guidelines, and immediately transmits the data electronically to the vendor. This process allows the vendor to be more responsive to the dealer, and the dealer is better able to administer his or her warranty claims. c-Systems worked in close cooperation with Ariens Company to develop this exclusive integration, and c-Systems wishes to thank Ariens for the considerable assistance it provided. c-Systems also encourages all of the other industry vendors to follow Ariens' lead and help c-Systems provide similar automated warranty claims processes for their dealers. This new automated warranty claims transmission feature adds to the extensive list of electronic integrations and industry-specific features contained within the Infinity BMS. c-Systems Software, Inc. They offer a variety of features to boost spraying performance and enhance operator comfort. With an empty weight of 13 pounds, the TL40D backpack sprayer includes a 4.3-gallon tank with a unique cone-shaped bottom that ensures all liquid flows to the manually pressurized diaphragm pump. The sealed, dual-stage pump is centrally located at the bottom of the tank, allowing consistent spraying pressure and flow. To pressurize the unit, the TL40D includes an ergonomically designed handle, which can be easily switched from one side of the tank to the other for right- or left-hand pumping. Once pressurized, the unit provides long spraying times in between pump strokes, with a maximum spraying distance of 25 feet and pressure up to 70 psi. It includes adjustable padded shoulder straps and a waist belt for operator comfort. The TL20 handheld sprayer offers a 2-gallon tank with a high-efficiency pump for quick pressurization. It also contains professional-duty seals and O-rings for maximum durability. Other standard features include a pressure relief valve and a 3-in-1 accessory, which serves as a funnel for easy tank filling, a filter for straining the liquid, and a spray shield for focusing the application. Both sprayers include professional-duty spray wands, which come with adjustable and flat-fan nozzles to accommodate a variety of applications. Each model is backed by a 1-year warranty.
