IndyCars back at ‘Mile”
INDYCARS RETURNto the Milwaukee Mile June 17-19 as the Milwaukee 225 again brings top drivers to Wisconsin State Fair Park from the Indianapolis 500.
While most of the activity is on Father’s Day weekend June 18 and 19, a testing and practice day has been set for June 17, with tickets only $5 and proceeds going to the Hunger Task Force.
Racing action on Coors Light Pole Day June 18 runs from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. On June 19, Race Day begins at 9 a.m. with The David Hobbs 100 (Firestone Indy Lights), followed by the main attraction, the IZOD IndyCar Milwaukee 225.
Scheduled to compete in the featured race on Sunday are 2010 Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti, three-time 500 winner Helio Castroneves, Scott Dixon, Ryan Briscoe, Graham Rahal, Marco Andretti and Danica Patrick
