PORTABLE POWER | Generators & Pressure Washers Aqua Stripper 6527LQ pressure washer Designed to provide good performance and value, the Aqua Stripper 6527LQ develops up to 2,700 psi and 2.5 gpm. It boasts an A/R axial/radial pressure pump, heavy-gauge steel frame with 10-inch pneumatic tires, downstream detergent injection, a 2- piece 36-inch gun/wand and 3 quick-couple nozzles. The unit is powered by a 208-cc LCT Maxx OHV engine with a low-oil alert system. All Aqua Stripper gas-powered models feature a patented “Eliminator” vibration-absorbing frame that contributes to longer engine and pump life. Aqua Stripper offers a complete model line of gas- and electric-powered pressure washers for home, commercial and farm use. Aqua Stripper/Tilton Equipment Co. Briggs & Stratton 3000 Max PSI Built to handle large jobs and frequent use, the 3000 Max PSI is the most powerful pressure washer in Briggs & Stratton’s Standard Series. Equipped with the Quiet Sense automatic throttle control, the unit is up to 40-percent quieter than standard pressure washers when the trigger is released. The 3000 Max PSI is powered by a Briggs & Stratton Professional Series OHV engine complete with the ReadyStart system that requires no priming — just pull for power. The maintenance-free axial cam pump ensures reliable cleaning power for garage floors, decks/patios, driveways, siding, and second stories. Briggs & Stratton Corp. Briggs & Stratton 7,000-watt Elite Series The Briggs & Stratton 7,000-watt Elite Series is ideal for back-up power around the home, farm or job site. It’s powered by a Briggs & Stratton 2100 Series OHV engine for long life, high performance and excellent fuel efficiency. Heavy-duty compo- nents and features provide long-lasting durability. Key features include 7,000 running watts/8,750 starting watts; electric start and remote choke; up to 9 hours run time at 50-percent load; and a 3-year limited warranty. Briggs & Stratton Corp. Generac’s updated XP Series Generac recently expanded its full range of portable generators with the introduction of its updated professional-grade XP Se- ries. Ideal for on-site construction use, the Generac XP Series (XP6500E pictured) features impact-resistant cast metal corners and a heavy-duty hardened steel tube exterior. Integrated handle supports and brackets are engineered as part of the casting for even more durability, and an integrated lifting eye makes these generators easy to transport and keep secure on the job site. Every XP Series model is powered by a Generac OHVI engine — designed specifically for generator use and built to last 3-4 times longer than many competitive engines on the market. The XP10000E offers one of the largest outputs from portable generators currently available. Generac Power Systems, Inc. Generac power washers Generac recently re-entered the pressure washer market with the introduction of 3 residential power washers (2,500 psi at 2.3 gpm, 2,700 psi at 2.3 gpm, 3,000 psi at 2.7 gpm) and 3 commercial power washers (3,000 psi at 2.8 gpm, 3,300 psi at 3.2 gpm, 4,000 psi at 4 gpm). All 6 units feature a Generac OHV horizontal-shaft engine; a spray gun with a soft grip, easy-to-pull trigger and Quick-Click nozzle tips that are easy to replace without turning the unit off; and tool-free assembly. On the commer- cial units, the spray gun also comes with an adjustable side handle for additional comfort and control. The commercial units also boast a welded steel frame. Generac Power Systems, Inc. NorthStar generators NorthStar generators pack more power, greater fuel efficiency and quieter operation into a new, space-saving design. They feature digital CDI ignition, providing excellent starting and high-power output, along with intelligent design and engineering, including a full roll cage with anti-rip mounts and a rollover valve to prevent damage and fuel leaks if tipped. These CARB- compliant generators boast powerful Honda engines, a V-mount vibration isolation system that extends generator life, and a 100-percent copper-wound brushless head with low THD for use with sensitive equipment. They are available in 5,500-, 8,000-, 10,000-, 13,000- and 15,000-watt configurations. Great Plains Honda EB generators: Industrial Series The Honda Industrial Series is well positioned to offer premium features and benefits at an outstanding value. The line consists of the EB4000 (replacing the EB3800); the newly designed EB5000; the redesigned EB6500; and the EB3000C, an existing model that incorporates the Honda CycloConverter technology. CycloConverter generator models offer power that is equal in quality to automatic voltage regulator (AVR) generators but are dramatically lighter in weight than other units producing the same amount of power. This lighter weight is achieved by reducing the number of traditional parts with a central processing unit (CPU) that conditions the raw power produced by the generator and eliminates the need for a bulky alternator. Honda CycloConverter technology offers the best pound-per-watt ratio. Honda Power Equipment 30 OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT www.outdoorpowerequipment.com
