Th e new fl avor, which joins Kahlúa Especial, French Vanilla, Hazelnut and Mocha, is a blend of rum, Arabica coff ee and Mexican spices. Th e line is produced in Australia's Barossa Valley and the vineyard is home to some of area's earliest planted vines, according to the company. Opal Bianca is distilled using a similar method, but the ingredients include Sicilian lemon peels and northern Italian elderfl owers. It joins Bacardi's traditional and fl avored rums and is the company's fi rst off ering in the spiced rum category.
