Once fi nalized the new system will allow licensees to access a secure website to manage license renewals, submit a new license application and pay fees o-line. The modernization of the licensing system will promote effi ciencies in the licensing process and reduce staffi ng demands. • Modernization of the Distribution Center continues and is now focused on replacing the legacy inventory system that manages the inventory supply chain. The new Bailment Control System (BCS) is an in-house system that will be implemented in two phases starting in 2015. Once migration of core functionality from our legacy inventory system has occurred we will move to surface automation. The BCS will provide vendors with a self-serve model to interact with the WVABCA and submit pricing and label information electronically.
