Mower Focus | Commercial Zero-turn Mowers BOB-CAT Predator-Pro 37-hp. with digital fuel injection The latest BOB-CAT Predator-Pro zero-turn riding mower combines performance, power and efficiency. The Predator- Pro DFI is powered by a Kawasaki digital fuel injection (DFI) engine that utilizes an electronic governor system (E-Gov), which makes the unit capable of reacting to changing load conditions instantaneously while metering fuel to the en- gine precisely. This means that the Predator-Pro DFI never loses engine rpm. The digital fuel injection system meters and monitors the fuel requirements, ensuring that the engine runs clean, efficient and at peak performance while squeezing out every drop of fuel economy. Field test results indicate up to a 30-percent reduction in fuel usage com- pared to non-fuel-injected commercial engines used under the same conditions. The Boss from Country Clipper The Country Clipper Boss is built for tough handling and high capacity. The welded-steel deck is reinforced with a triangular-front bull nose, making it virtually indestructible. Twenty-four-inch drive tires provide more stability on slopes and hillsides, as well as a smoother ride and less turf damage. Also available on the Boss is the Power Lift, which allows the operator to make cutting-height adjustments and stand the cutting deck up to a vertical position for easy cleaning and maintenance with the simple push of a button. The Boss also comes standard with a folding roll over protection system. Cub Cadet Commercial's Tank S LP Cub Cadet Commercial is giving green industry professionals another option for fuel efficiency with the Tank S LP. Powered by either an 852cc or 999cc Kawasaki engine, the Tank S LP offers reduced emissions and fuel costs while giving users the same high-performance found in all Tank S units. The benefits of liquid propane extend far beyond re- duced emissions, as lawn care professionals will also enjoy longer engine life, longer run times and less engine main- tenance. Additionally, the Tank S LP meets all current EPA and CARB emissions standards. With the Tank S LP, professionals will reduce their carbon footprint and save on fuel costs since liquid propane is, on average, 30 percent less expensive than gasoline or diesel. Dixon DX200 mower The Dixon DX200 mower provides performance and durability to meet the needs of lawn maintenance professionals. The DX200 operator interface features a form- fitting, super-high-back seat, ergonomic control placement and a hands-free deck lift. Extensive use of heavy-gauge steel, cast iron and oversized components provides solid commercial construction for increased durability, even in the most demanding conditions. The DX200 series offers deck options of 54, 60 and 72 inches and Kawasaki FX series en- gine choices of 26, 29 and 34 horsepower. The DX260D features a 29-hp. Kubota diesel, 21cc pump and motor drive system, and is only available in a 60-inch variation.
