Grasshopper MaxTorque diesel Employ strong mowing power, precision cutting performance, a ride that takes out the bumps and jolts for sustained mowing speeds, and unparalleled fuel efficiency for uninterrupted productivity all day long. Grasshopper MaxTorque diesel mowers easily and cleanly handle any job and are extremely fuel efficient — capable of saving up to 900 gallons of fuel and nearly $3,000 over 1,000 hours of use. Add Tier 4i emissions compliance, competitive price, and a full line of implements to boost year-round productivity, and a Grasshopper MaxTorque diesel mower isn't just a smarter mower, but an uncompromising business partner. Gravely Pro-Master XDZ 260H LP Ariens Company offers the Gravely Pro-Master XDZ 260H LP, a propane-powered zero-turn mower available with a 60-inch cutting width. The mower features a 28-hp. Generac air-cooled vertical twin engine with heavy-duty air cleaner, and uses twin 33.5-pound LP tanks (not included). It also features a welded 7-gauge steel frame with .25-inch spindle reinforcement, maintenance-free spindles with cast-iron housings and 250- foot-pound Ogura electric clutch, 1- to 5-inch cutting heights in .34-inch increments, and a high-back seat with full suspension. For increased operator safety, a foldable ROPS is standard equipment. Husqvarna PZ6029PFX The Husqvarna PZ Series represents the latest in high-performance drive systems and operator interface. Combined with high-productivity cutting deck designs, these mowers deliver premium cut quality and clip- ping dispersal at higher ground speeds. Careful consideration of components and design not only provide ex- tended durability but unprecedented ease of service access. To meet ever-changing market demands, the new PZ Series is offering an all-new propane version. Propane offers several advantages over equivalent gasoline-powered units, including lower fuel costs, reduced environmental impact, fewer engine repairs due to stale fuel, and potential tax benefits. John Deere Z925 EFI With concerns over rising fuel costs, landscape contractors need to become more efficient with their fuel usage. The new John Deere ZTrak PRO Z925 with electronic fuel injection (EFI) can help by providing up to 25 percent fuel savings for landscape contractors. The John Deere Z925 EFI offers a closed-loop fuel injection system that constantly monitors engine performance. Fuel injectors respond to the load on the engine with the right amount of fuel, delivering maximum fuel efficiency for the conditions. The 27-hp. engine includes an exclusive Tuff Torq integrated transmission. The transmission, which is standard across the ZTrak PRO 900 Series, features 13cc piston style pumps and 13cc wheel motors for increased efficiency. Another series ex- clusive is the cross-porting system that routes the coolest hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic pump doing the most work. The Z925 EFI offers a 54-inch or 60-inch, 7-Iron PRO mowing deck. The decks are stamped from 7-gauge steel for maximum durability and enhanced mowing performance. Scag Dual-Fuel Turf Tiger The Scag Turf Tiger offers a high-powered Kubota engine that allows the machine to run on gasoline or liquid propane (LP). The Dual-Fuel Turf Tiger's flexibility allows it to be switched from one fuel source to another with the flip of a switch, even while mowing. An optional conversion kit will equip the machine to run on propane only in order to conform to applicable local regulations. Like all Turf Tiger models, this mower fea- tures a strong double-tube steel frame, big engine power (31-hp. gas or 29-hp. LP), and the quality cutting performance of the shaft-driven Velocity Plus cutter deck. www.landscapeirrigation.com Landscape and Irrigation 21
