DRINK CULTURE Older Napa Valley Vintages Galore PRESS Restaurant in St. Helena, CA has added to an extensive list of older Napa Valley wines rarely available with two recent acquisitions by sommeliers Scott Brenner and Kelli White. During the past few months, the restaurant has purchased more than 2,000 bottles, bringing its off erings to 1,200 diff erent Napa Valley wines. Th e lineup focuses primarily on cabernet sauvignons from the '60s, '70s and '80s, as well as some whites and sparkling wines. Th e pair of sommeliers has mainly focused on older wines, staying true to the vision of owner Leslie Rudd, of Rudd Winery, of being a "repository for rare and older Napa vintages." Among the older wines that PRESS recently purchased are a 1970 Mayacamas, 1974 Freemark Abbey Bosché Vineyard, 1982 Mondavi Reserve and 1962 BV Georges de Latour.
