Search "Music to truck by" at OverdriveOnline.com. BY TODD DILLS The second music video awarded by AxleOut- Pro for one of Overdrive-Red Eye Radio's Trucker Talent Search win- ners was released last month. 2015 winner Nate Moran, an owner-operator, went to the histor- ic January Sound studio in Dallas in November for the recording and video shoot. The video for Moran's own "Crazy" showcases studio scenes and a storyline of what he calls "my kind of crazy" love. "We all had a lot of fun," says Jeremy Moore of AxleOutPro, a software product for fuel-effi cient axle adjustments. The video shoot was conducted around Dallas' Deep Ellum neighborhood, at a local nightclub and in the studio during the song's recording. Moran also published the song to online services such as iTunes and Spotify as the fi rst single from what he's planning as an eight-song EP to see daylight later this year. He and his Nashville, Tenn.-based band also are play- ing a series of shows throughout the fi rst few months of the year. The fi rst is scheduled for Jan. 15 at the Augusta Country Club's public venue in Moran's Georgia hometown. He's also planning to move to Nashville and work toward a full-time music career. He's come a long way from where he was early last year when a friend sent him a link to Overdrive's Trucker Talent Search. At that time, Moran initially was dismissive – "What's the use, I won't win," he told his friend. Today, however, he's singing a diff erent tune. "If you have a fear, you have to put it aside," Moran says. "You've just got to go do it. You only get one shot in life." video awarded Courtesy of AxleOutPro Search "Nate Moran, Crazy" at OverdriveOnline.com to catch an interview with Moran and a music video of the 2015 Trucker Talent Search winner's original song, "Crazy."
