What advice did you receive back then that helped set you on the right course? If you could jump into that DeLorean and speed ahead to 2026, what will be different about the U.S. wine industry? We asked 14 wine industry leaders to ponder these ques- tions, and they shared a wealth of insightful information. The thoughtful responses we received reinforced three important lessons: The path to success is seldom a straight line; a great mentor can steer an up-and-comer toward greatness; and true leaders learn from the missteps of their pasts, while looking unflinchingly toward the future.
