Jim Wied, president and owner of Green Bay-based BCS International announced the purchase of Fulmer Helmets, the old- est family-owned motorcycle helmet and apparel brand in the U.S. Fulmer Helmets will now be known as Loken Imports LLC, DBA Fulmer Powersports. "We have finalized the purchase of the Memphis- based Fulmer Helmets from Arthur Fulmer III, whose fam- ily founded the company back in 1969," Wied said. "Being one of the oldest helmet brands in existence in the U.S., we are extremely excited to continue the legacy of this business. Fulmer was founded on a simple philosophy of value for riders and service to dealers — and we will continue this ideology."
