82 nJuly 2016n www.thunderpress.net THUNDER PRESS June Winner Wayne Layman Congratulations to Oregon res- ident Wayne Layman! He got the winning score in June's Name That Time Machine Trivia Quiz. Wayne is an avid THUNDER PRESS reader, and solved our Western "Where am I?" riddle contest in May 2013. He lives in Molalla, a small town south of Portland, where his favorite motor- cycle shop, Mason's Motorcycles, is nearby in Canby, Oregon. This year he plans to retire from his job of over 22 years as the Facilities Manager and Safety Offi cer of the Canby School District. Wayne started riding around age 12, when most of us were still sticking baseball cards in our bicycle spokes. Eventually he got his fi rst bike, a red Honda Trail 90, step-through style with a dual-speed transmission. Wayne currently rides a 2007 Softail Custom, and enjoys building his own bikes as well. He usually rides on his own, but recently took a great trip down to sunny SoCal over Christmas to see good friend and second-favorite riding buddy Pat Johnson. 4 Visit our Facebook page to answer the trivia quiz.
