Alverno Alverno College requires all students entering the college within one year of high school graduation to live on campus for their first 2 semesters unless the student is living with parents or a legal guardian. Housing is guaranteed. Bellin Students at Bellin College make their own off-campus housing arrangements. Bellin College does not have its own residence halls, but there is a residency agreement for some dually enrolled students. Beloit Beloit guarantees housing for 4 years, although seniors may live off campus. All students must live on campus for the first three years. Students who live at home with their parents within commuting distance and non-traditional students are recognized exceptions to this policy. Cardinal Stritch Housing is guaranteed and many traditional daytime students choose to live on campus in our two residence halls. Freshmen are required to live on campus unless they are living with a parent or guardian. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Carroll Carroll University guarantees housing to freshmen. Students are required to live on campus for the first 3 years unless they are living with parents. Carthage Students are required to live on campus the first 3 years unless they live at home within a 30-mile radius. Housing is guaranteed. Columbia CCON does not offer on-campus housing. However, assistance is available to provide students with resources to find affordable housing in the area. Concordia Students are not required to live on campus. Housing is guaranteed for incoming freshman and transfer students if they have applied for housing by June 1. Edgewood All full-time freshmen and sophomore undergraduate students who do not live with a family member within commuting distance are required to live on campus. Lakeland All full-time students under the age of 21 must live on campus. The only exceptions will be: (a) if the student is living with a parent or guardian; (b) if the student is married; (c) if the student is a former member of the armed forces; or (d) if the student is a single parent living with a child. Lawrence Students are required to live on campus, and housing is guaranteed. Students who have been out of high school for more than 4 years (or are married and/or parents) are exempt from this requirement. Marian Freshman and Sophomores are required to live on campus unless they will be living within a reasonable distance from campus with their parents (35 miles). Freshman housing is guaranteed. Marquette Students are required to live on campus for the first 2 years unless they live at home within a 30-mile radius. Housing is guaranteed. MCW MCW does not offer on-campus housing. MIAD Students are required to live on campus for their first 2 years unless they are within a 45-mile radius of campus. Housing is guaranteed for students who submit their tuition deposit, housing deposit, and housing contract by May 1. MSOE Students are required to live on campus for the first 2 years unless they are living with parents within a 50-mile radius. Housing is guaranteed for the first 2 years. Mount Mary Freshman are required to live on campus if they are coming directly from high school and are not living with immediate family members. Nashotah There is dorm style housing for single students, as well as a number of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments on campus that are available for rent. Northland All full-time students are required to live on campus for their first 6 semesters. Housing is guaranteed. Ripon Students are required to live on campus all 4 years unless they receive a waiver of this requirement. Housing is guaranteed. St. Norbert Students are required to live on campus, and housing is guaranteed for 4 years. Seniors can petition for off-campus living. Silver Lake All students must live on campus for the first 3 years, unless the student is living with parents or a legal guardian and lives within 30 miles of campus. Housing is guaranteed, although seniors may live off campus. Viterbo Freshman students who are entering directly from high school are required to live on campus, unless they are living with their parents. Upperclassmen living on campus live in apartment-style residence halls. Wisconsin Lutheran Any student who graduated from high school 3 or more years ago may live off campus. Students may live with family members within a 50-mile radius of the college. All other students are required to live in college housing unless they have an approved exemption.
