Diesel Freak's Power Harness is available for Caterpillar
and Cummins engines and, depending on application,
can show fuel mileage increases between 1⁄2 and 2 mpg
while increasing horsepower by about 90 hp and torque
by about 250 ft.-lb., the company says. The primary harness plugs into the fuel temperature harness between an
engine's fuel temp sensor and wiring and advances timing on the engine; the other harness plugs into a boost
pressure sensor and alters fuel rate, which is adjustable.

Steinbauer's namesake tuner alters

engine's computer, the company says;
it also uses stock connectors so that no
wire cutting is required. The company
