Jan. 28-30: The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, North America's largest wine industry conference and trade show, will be held at the Sacramento (Calif.) Convention Center. Jan. 28 & Jan. 31: The Wine Market Council will offer both East and West Coast presentations of its latest research results, which include data on highfrequency wine drinkers and information on the craft beer and spirits industries.
