"We want the user experience to be
pleasurable," says Scott Anderson, Luma's
chief operating officer. "We really con-
nect with the learner to make it their
learning experience."
Luma gathers feedback and a variety
of analytics from drivers as they complete
the modules. The data shows drivers
enjoy the interactive experience and that
most are using mobile devices.
Luma uses the feedback to improve the
modules and create new training topics
based on driver requests. "The truckers
are the ones who know what they need,"
Anderson says. "It is
a learner-driven ap-
proach."
