Mechanics are *VERY* key personnel in organizations and the relationship between the mechanic and their immediate supervisor is a critical one for any organizations health. Like all other trades and professions of any kind, the world of mechanics is filled with all sorts of personalities and characters. They all share a passion for machinery and what makes it tick. Bob's talk is aimed at challenging, lifting, complimenting, and making them think critically, and differently, about what they really do at work. The stereotype of the grease monkey has been dead for years, and it's time the grease monkey image was buried once and for all. We will give it a fitting funeral! Filling an hour constructed around this theme will be great fun for the mechanics and Bob's intent will be to inspire and motivate, and inject some good humour for added impact.
