This new relationship will afford Dime City Cycles access to an unparal- leled number of products to offer to custom builders, specifically ICON's unique and functional line of motorcycle protective gear and lifestyle related products. The relationship started after a trip by the owners to Portland for The One Show, where ICON was a sponsor. While there, they toured the ICON headquarters and immedi- ately knew that they needed to add ICON and ICON 1000 to their product lineup. "Dime City Cycles and the ICON brand both live by the philosophy of 'Build not Bought,' and we are proud to announce their stocking of ICON and ICON 1000 apparel. MTC VOYAGER INTRODUCES NEW 13-INCH RIM Illinois-based convertible trike kit company MTC Voyager has announced that a new 13-inch chrome rim will be installed on its kits as of mid-May. The company that manufactured the former 13-inch chrome rim is no longer making it; therefore, a new 13-inch chrome rim replaced it. MTC Voyager reports that the newly designed rim is similar looking to the old rim, except the center shape is some- what sharper. HOLDER JOINS K&N EXECUTIVE TEAM AS CHIEF SALES OFFICER K&N announced that Jon Holder will be joining the executive team as chief sales officer. Holder was previously the senior vice president, Sales and Business Devel- opment for MagnaFlow/Car Sound Inc., where he was responsible for all global sales activities. "Mr. Holder has over 20 years of experi- ence working in a variety of industries and roles and will make a great addition to our executive team," K&N CEO Steve Rogers said. "Jon's specific experience in our indus- try, financial background, and international scope make him the ideal person to lead our global sales organization in the future." The company began a formal search for this position in January 2014 when Tim Mar- tin was promoted to chief operations officer and relinquished his oversight of sales in order to focus on his new position. DUNLOP NAMED OFFICIAL TIRE OF AMA PRO FLAT TRACK Dunlop has been named the Official Tire of AMA Pro Flat Track for the 2014 season through 2016. At AMA Pro Flat Track Grand Nationals for 2014, Dunlop will take over exclusive sales and service of the product currently produced by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Throughout 2014, Dunlop will work to industrialize production of the current tire at its Buffalo, N.Y. manufac- turing facility with scheduled production to begin late in 2014. Dunlop has been the official tire spon- sor of AMA Pro Road Racing since 2009 and continues to expand support of professional motorcycle racing in the United States.
