KEY Milwaukee's advanced mobile edition meets growing need KEYMILWAUKEE NOWoffers a mobile edition that can be viewed on all smartphones and tablets without the need of any special application. "While our monthly print issues continue to be the most popular visitor guide in Southeast Wisconsin, we realize that an increasing number of visitors like to receive information on their phones and tablets," commented Beth Stafford, publisher of KEY Milwaukee and CEO of Key Milwaukee Magazine. Visitors may access the monthly issues directly (www.KeyMilwaukeeMobile.com) or subscribe to KEY Milwaukee's increasingly popular Key-zine and receive both the e-newsletter and the mobile edition automatically each month. The new mobile edition was developed by Digital Magazine Technology, a leader in digital magazine production, in conjunction with J.B. Kenehan, the Waukesha firm that prints KEY Milwaukee monthly. "We began offering a digital product a year ago, but this is a much improved product," said Roger Stafford, managing editor of KEY Milwaukee. "Videos can be embedded and websites linked in both advertisements and editorial content," he noted. "These and other features benefit both our readers and advertisers by providing a multiplat- form approach: monthly print copies available in nearly every hotel and visitor center, two popular websites (www.KeyMilwaukee.com and www. VisitingMilwaukee.com), the Key-zine e-newsletter and the mobile edition." Digital Magazine Technology also is working with KEY Milwaukee to encourage attendance at Milwaukee conventions and meetings by providing prospective attendees copies of the magazine that also contain convention details. 30
