Oakland Ave., is on Milwaukee's upper east side, just a few blocks west of the UW-Milwaukee campus. The front dining areas double as indoor-outdoor patios, with floor-to-ceiling windows that completely fold back. Ceiling fans, handpainted murals and custom ceramic tile create a seaside atmosphere. You'll think you're dining at a sidewalk cafe in Sicily – but at the same time "weather proof." On Milwaukee's south side near Mitchell International Airport, find a real taste of Mexico. At EL FUEGO, 909 W. Layton Ave., diners relax in a walled patio that includes a flowing waterfall. The comprehensive menu, with drink and dining specials, makes this an economical as well as relaxing spot for lunch or dinner, seven days a week. LOUISE'S, at 801 N. Jefferson St., is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The patio offers great views of Cathedral Square Park by day and by night. We love the people watching here anytime. But, this is a great place to savor a Bloody Mary on summer Saturdays when East Town Market adds to the fun. Weekend brunch begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. BEANIE'S in the heart of Historic Port Washington, has been serving great Mexican food and unique experiences for more than 25 years. The restaurant, at 102 E.
