Inside you will read about our history and one of the most instrumental directors on the Board, Elizabeth Rodgers. By her great leadership, Mrs. Rodgers inspired others around her to expand our fraternal society to 250 courts within three years. Enjoy reading about our founding High Chief Ranger. This spring, I attended the American Fraternal Alliance's annual Executive Summit in Toronto, Canada. In attendance were the Chief Executive Offi cers and the Chief Operations Offi cers of over 25 fraternal societies. Together we participated in a two-day workshop to discuss the possibilities of sharing services, outsourcing partnerships, and reinventing the image of fraternal societies.
