This spring, I attended the American Fraternal Alliance's annual Executive Summit in Toronto, Canada. In attendance were the Chief Executive Offi cers and the Chief Operations Offi cers of over 25 fraternal societies. Together we participated in a two-day workshop to discuss the possibilities of sharing services, outsourcing partnerships, and reinventing the image of fraternal societies.
