WATER STREET BREWERY is a popular choice for weekend brunch at all three locations – downtown Milwaukee, Delafield and Grafton. Serving brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Water Street Brewery is a great place to start off your morning with a special "eye opener." While this brew pub's crafted-on-site offerings always are on tap, creative cocktails also are available. All three locations open 11 a.m.- 8p.m. Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day, 11 a.m.-close New Year's Eve, 10 a.m. with Brunch- close New Year's Day. WASABIAND KANPAI offer the best in Japanese cuisine and both are planning an all- you-can-eat sushi bar Christmas eve that will satis- fy palates and pocketbooks. Brian Park, whose Wasabi Sushi Lounge in Brookfield is among the best in the Midwest, opened Kanpai Izakaya in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward earlier this year. Both offer a full range of Japanese and Asian dish- es, with Kanpai emphasizing small-plate choices. The $29.95 holiday all-you-can-eat sushi bar runs from 3-9 p.m. Christmas Eve at both locations. WEISSGERBER'S SEVEN SEAS in Delafield presents a won- derful Sunday champagne brunch in the area west of Milwaukee known as "Lake Country."
