2012 Top Producers John Hill: Ann Ganze: Life Insurance Annuities John Hill has been named the 2012 Top Producer in life premium and applications! John also finished 7th in annuity premium and 2nd in annuity applications. Great year, John! John Hill lives in Platteville, Wisconsin with his wife Cara of 56 years. Together they have 8 children, 17 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. They enjoy watching events that the grandchildren play in – such as football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and swimming! Prior to working with NCSF, John was a history and science teacher for 20 years and farmed for 24 years. John gained his sales and management experience from the feed business, where he sold direct to the farmer as well as hired and trained the sales staff as division manager. John has been an insurance producer for NCSF for 11 years. John believes that what makes NCSF unique is our common Catholic faith, NCSF fraternal benefits and scholarship program. As a successful sales agent, John draws on the knowledge of his past professions. "Teaching is Selling, and Selling Is Teaching," says John, "[Being a good agent is about] being a good listener. You find out their need," says John. John is a believer in planning ahead for the future; NCSF products help you do that. "Remember," says John, "it wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark!" John also compliments the sales support staff in the Home Office, "It is great working with them." 28 Ann Ganze has been named the 2012 Top Producer in annuity premium and applications! Ann is from Peru, Illinois and has two lovely daughters – 26 and 31 years old. Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, biking and hiking. Although Ann Ganze is new to the NCSF family, she has shined in her achievement and service in her first year. Ann heard about National Catholic Society of Foresters through associate Chad Reynolds of Alpha Solutions Management. Chad is also a General Agent of NCSF. Ann has been in the insurance business since 1987. Ann gained management and marketing experience working at McDonalds. Smiling, Ann says 'Would you like fries with that?' was a surefire way of asking for additional sales! What makes our annuities shine, for Ann, is the choice of a 7-year surrender which allows additional deposits, without extending the surrender charge period. She also liked the small annuity deposit of only $300 for her younger clients who are just beginning to invest or for clients waiting on maturity of outside investments. Like asking for a side of french fries for your 'McMeal', Ann knows the key to her success is that she asks for business. "I ask for referrals," says Ann, "My clients tell me I make the policy easy to understand by keeping it simple. I follow the 'Golden Rule', treating my clients as I would want an investment advisor / insurance representative to treat my parent." National Catholic Forester — 2012 Annual Report
