LEARN WHAT TRIGGERS THE IMPULSE Michelle first addressed her triggers. In a regular day, she was drinking eight to 10 sodas. "Eliminating that trigger helped me eliminate the craving," she says Michelle has seen a big improvement in her health, and she's not the only one. "I have more energy. I walk, and my neighbors say I am definitely more outgoing." Michelle was concerned about gaining weight when she quit smoking, but eliminating her soda trigger led to losing 15 pounds. "Plus, my cholesterol is down and I'm out of the high triglyceride zone," she adds. Her advice: "If you don't think positively about it, you can't do it. I take it one day at a time."
