Motion made by National Director Rosalie Pyle and seconded by National Director Jane Uselman that a professional consultant/facilitator be engaged to lead a board retreat at the June 2012 board meeting for the purpose of establishing a strategic business plan that will provide structure and goals. Motion passed 11 yes – 0 no. The winners of the membership contest were drawn. The winners will be announced.
