CRUSHER PLANT OFFERS PATENT-PENDING LEVELING Superior Industries' standard designs for the Patriot Cone Crusher Plant include exclusive options such as Vantage Automation and Level Assist. The patent- pending Level Assist technology automatically levels the plant once it has reached the desired height, usu- ally in less than five minutes. The automation system monitors all vital functions of the crusher, allowing it to maintain optimum production without operator intervention. The optional removable feed conveyor cartridge — with a roller track design for enhanced mobility — allows feeding to happen at any angle. The plant is available for the P200, P300, and P400 models of the cone crusher. The highly mobile plant is said to be a complete stand- alone, closed-circuit unit capable of producing three products. It features a high-production Cedarapids IP1313 impactor with a 3- or 4-bar 50-inch rotor powered by a Tier 4, 450-horse- power diesel engine, direct drive to crusher, and 200-horsepower generator. A heavy-duty undercrusher pan feeder protects the conveyor belt from damage by absorbing the high-veloc- ity discharge from the crusher. The 5-foot by 16-foot, patent-pending, dual-slope two-deck screen handles heavier loads for more capacity. Both screen deck products can be returned to the crusher for maximum production. A 48-inch by 16-foot high-stroke Cedarapids "Advantage" feeder with 60-inch grizzly bar or optional stepped-tine-style grizzly section feeds the im- pactor.
