Fifty consumers won gift certificates to be used exclusively at participating retailers and a variety of prizes, led by grand prize winner Christopher Arcuri of Havertown, Pa., who will receive a $5,000 gift certificate to use at his participating motorcycle retailer. "For the fourth straight year, at no cost to dealerships, Revive Your Ride! has continued to deliver extra floor traffic, special trips for dealer staff and gift certificates and prizes for customers," said Steve Johnson, MIC Aftermarket Committee chair. "It's an ongoing, seasonal promotion that can help any dealership, and we thank everyone who participates, as well as the aftermarket companies who together have generously contributed more than $150,000 in CONTINUED FROM PAGE 3 cash, riding gear and accessories since 2010." One of the retailers, Jessica Prokup, owner of the Yellow Devil Gear Exchange in Long Beach, Calif., had a first-prize winner for second time in the promotion's history. "I felt ridiculously lucky, not only because I receive some part of the money, but because my customer was rewarded hugely for participating in a store activity," Prokup said. "Revive Your Ride! gives me a great opportunity to offer something fun and rewarding to my customers at no cost to me, other than my time. All I have to do is promote the contest with my dealer code, and one or more of my customers could win a prize, including a pretty substantial gift certificate to my retail store, which is a win for both of us." With this year's Win Big Spring Giveaway, gift certificates of $5,000, $3,000, $1,500 and $1,000 were awarded to retail customers for redemption at their participating retailer's store. A total of 50 prizes, worth more than $30,000, are being given away. Staff from the three winning dealerships will be headed to Orlando by virtue of being the dealership of the grand prize winner, by having the most entries, or by being selected at random.
