We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist at our Corporate Office located in North Fort Worth, Texas (near Alliance Airport). The primary focus of this position is to lead our Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps in executing sales strategies and efforts to gain/increase market share in Harley-Davidson franchises and V-Twin shops. Off-Road Segment Director Tucker Rocky Distributing is a global leader in the wholesale distribution of aftermarket parts, accessories and apparel for the power sports industry. We stock and sell approximately 100,000 products for street bikes, off-road motorcycles and ATVs, and accessories and apparel for the people who ride them. We are currently seeking an Off-Road Segment Director for our Corporate Office located in North Fort Worth, TX (near Alliance Airport). Responsibilities: Utilize TRDealer and other data/reports to identify low/no market penetration/sales by Sales Rep. Work with low/underperforming Sales Reps to achieve market penetration and sales goals for assigned products/brands. Maintain high level of product knowledge, market conditions and dealer purchase behavior/history. Proactively assist Sales in seeking out new business/sales opportunities within the HarleyDavidson dealers including seeking out opportunities to work through dealers and reps to sell discontinued and closeout products. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) 5+ years experience in the Harley-Davidson/V-Twin market in marketing and sales (with a manufacturer or wholesaler). Must be able to travel when needed. Plans and leads analysis of product value and develops plans to optimize return on inventory investment. Leads efforts in establishing and maintaining vendor relationships and strategic partnerships. Leads market research and pricing activities for assigned segment.
