TRAVEL RACV ROYAL PINES RESORT GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA Surf, sun and sand, what about golf? Australia’s Gold Coast is not only known for it’s perfect weather and pristine beaches, but it’s world class Championship Golf Courses. In particular, the RACV Royal Pines Resort, which is situated in the heart of Queensland’s Gold Coast, midway between the beaches of Surfers Paradise and the rainforests of the Hinterland. Only an hour’s drive from Brisbane Airport and 25 minutes from Coolangatta Airport, the Resort is in close proximity to the Gold Coast’s famous attractions, excellent shopping facilities and magnificent beaches. The biggest challenge one will face while staying at the RACV Royal Pines Resort is whether to leave the Resort, or spend your entire vacation on the property. Let’s think about this. 27 Holes of Championship Golf, tennis courts, spa, pool, water slide, children’s playground, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a cafe. Why would you ever need to leave? Well, I guess there is the fact that Australia’s Gold Coast is one of the most popular vacation hot spots in the country. If your looking for gorgeous white sand beaches, and the rainforest like setting in the Hinterland, then may be you might sneak away from the Resort for a half day here or there. Getting back to the Resort, and more specifically the Championship Golf Courses, there are 27 holes in which one can put their game to the test. While all variations are world-class, if it is the Tournament Course you want to play and compare your scores to the world’s best LPGA Player’s, then you will want to request the Gold Course.
