CRUISER & TOURING MOTORCYCLES Harley-Davidson fills all 10 spots on the top 10 most researched cruiser and touring motor- cycles list for Q3 2014. Nine of the top 10 most researched bikes are in the touring category. The only non-touring motorcycle on the list, the 2005 XLC Sportster 1200 Custom, also saw the largest drop in interest among the top 10, with a 15 percent decline in KBB.com web hits from Q2 2014. The FLHX Street Glide took six of the top 10 spots on the list. SPORT BIKES The sport bikes category showed the most consistent decline in KBB.com web hits in Q3 2014, with an average drop of 20 percent among models in the top 10. Despite the decline in KBB.com web hits, sport bikes still garnered the most hits of any segment in powersports vehicles. The No. 1 motorcycle on the list, the 2007 Suzuki GSX-R600, outdistanced its nearest competitor, receiving 28 percent more hits than the No. 2 bike. This list is dominated by 600cc motorcycles, which hold seven of the top 10 spots. The Kawasaki Ninja 250R took the remaining three positions. OFF-ROAD MOTORCYLES OVER 400CC The Kawasaki KLR650 took the most spots, at six, on the top 10 list of off-road motorcycles over 400cc. Honda took the other four spots on the top 10 list. Three of those were the CRF450R moto- cross bike and the other was the CRF450X, a dirt bike. Among the top 10 off-road motorcycles over 400cc, the biggest decline in KBB.com web hits was seen in the motocross segment. Three of the four bikes that saw a greater than 10 per- cent decrease in interest were in this segment. OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLES UNDER 400CC The top 10 list of off-road motorcycles under 400cc was equally split between dual sport and motocross bikes.
