Ashlyn Rylee has been appointed as the head of Brown & Brown Powersports Train- ing and F&I Products division. Rylee brings years of powersports management experi- ence as well as F&I experience in the recre- ation industry. "With her leadership, we have partnered with a number of new administrators to create a multitude of private label service contracts and ancillary programs with indus- try leading integrated software packages," said Mike Neal, vice president of Brown & Brown of Kentucky. Brown & Brown's business model of free weekly training through GoToMeeting, in- house specialized training events and annual off-site training events will drive powersports dealers to new levels of profit within their F&I departments.
