The meeting recessed with a prayer at 6:20 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2012 The December quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Catholic Society of Foresters was called to order by National President Margaret Babinat on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. in the board room of the Home Office. All members of the Board were present, except Rosalie Pyle. The meeting opened with a prayer followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States. Mel Rambo a senior executive and actuary with exceptional experience in strategic planning and organizational change spoke to the Board of Directors on "Who, What, When Where, Why and How of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws Revisions". The following unfinished business was covered: A discussion was held on National Director Carol Clauson's ideas and suggestions for covers of the National Catholic Forester magazine. 2013 Board Meeting Date / Tentative March 13, 14, 15 & 16, 2013 June 5, 6, 7 & 8, 2013 September 11, 12, 13 & 14, 2013 December 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2013 A letter sent to the 2010 convention delegates voicing concerns about the Society hiring an executive vice president and letters from individual members were read and discussed.
