The site provides a wealth of technical information on each model of swing and slide gate operators, as well as optional accessories. Ultra offers multiple swing gate and slide gate opening systems. The web site is www.ultraaccesscontrols.com. Users can get up-to-date technical information for each model and download reference guides, installation manuals, product brochures and other literature. "The goal of the new web site was to make it a resource for dealers, contractors and homeowners, as well as a sales tool," said Daniel Evans, national sales manager of Ultra Access Controls. "Whether you are browsing for options or need to download a manual, the new UAC web site is clean and simple, and can be accessed on your computer, tablet or smart phone." Evans said that Ultra Access Controls is especially excited about their Ultra Revolution™ Automatic Gate with Hidden Operator. This is a complete system that includes an Ultra swing gate with the Hide® operator concealed in the upright, attached to the gate through a unique one-piece extrusion. "The Ultra Revolution provides a clean look for the homeowner, and a simpler installation for the contractor," continued Evans. "It can be installed where other operators with arms cannot; up against a wall, for example. Also, it can be programmed to open out or in, so no ugly motors are on the outside of the property. "The new version of the Revolution has a keyed emergency release that is conveniently installed in the upright, making it easily accessible if ever you have a prolonged power outage," he said. "All Ultra Revolution gates come with battery backup." Through an exclusive partnership with BFT-USA, Ultra distributes electromechanical and hydraulic swing and slide gate openers and accessories that are smart, clean, quiet and sophisticated. BFT-USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of BFT S.p.A. of Italy, and owned by The Somfy Group.
