The deadline to send in your court's picture and story for the Winter 2014 NCF magazine will be December 1, 2013. Holy Ghost Court 228, Dickeyville, WI Court 228 held a 3-day bake and rummage sale that raised $1,028.23! NCSF matched $1,000. Joan of Arc Court 309, Cloquet, MN Each year Court 309 decorates an Angel Tree whose angels are purchased in memory of a special someone. $512 was raised and $512 matched; funds were presented to the Parish Deacon who is in charge of the Sunshine Fund. This fund helps those in need in Queen of Peace Parish. St. Anne Court 389, New Ulm, MN Members were recognized for years of membership, l-r: Lori Horner a 50-yr. pin; LaVerne Schapekahm a 60-yr. rosary; and Cal Verna Wilfahrt a 70-yr. perpetual prayer. Our Lady of Fatima Court 481, Brussels, WI Court 481 held Mass recognizing years of membership, along with lunch. President Margaret Monfils presented a 50-yr. pin to Florence DeDecker (shown). Katherine Abeyta and Lynn Ann Olson also received pins. Mary Onsager and Dorothy Bournique both received a rosary for 60 years. 18
